Ok, that is what I was thinking when I watched Avatar's sneak preview at Golden Village Wednesday night, 16/12/09.

So there is a planet called Pandora which has a highly valuable mineral, I forgot the name, but the price per kg is around 20 million US dollar. That is why those earth people come to Pandora. Unfortunately, million dollars mineral is buried under a god tree of native people of Pandora, the Na'avi.

Just put it like this, it is like Asmat tribe or Dani tribe in Irian/Papua, who own the land full of gold in Papua Province, is tried to be "relocated" by PT Freeport.

In the film, the relocation strategy is failed. well, then killing them is the next strategy. pre-emptive (remember GW Bush?)

Relocation strategy here is putting the avatar of earth people in to the Na'avi tribe, try to assimilate, learn the language, and eventually persuade the Na'avi to leave the land.

Avatar is a clone of Na'avi with gene from the earth people. One of the avatar is ex-marine (Jake Sully, by Sam Worthington) who replace his died scientist brother, but this guy is disabled, unable to walk.

Being able to walk again (through his avatar), then meet a blue-skinned-model-body woman of Na'avi (Naytiri, Zoe Saldana), this ex marine guy just doesn't want to return to inhumane heartless earth people.

So that is it, he just disserted and fight back the earth people and then leave his human body to become one of the Na'avi.

The visual of this movie is stunning, especially in 3D. I felt like I wanted to touch the glow in the dark plants, animals, and the debris after the fire of the biggest tree in the Pandora. It was just amazing.
